Tofu Shake

Tofu-Fruit-Milkshake

12 ounces tofu
1 1/2 cups skim milk or soy milk
2 bananas, sliced, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup strawberries or other fresh or frozen fruit
1/2 cup canned peach slices, drained
sweetener, optional

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process
until smooth.  Add ice cubes and blend a bit longer if the shake
is too thick for your taste.  Adjust sweetness if desired.  Serve
immediately.
