RASPBERRY TOFU PUDDING (Lo-Cal) 3 (8 oz.) tofu cakes 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed and drained 1 ripe banana, mashed 1/4 c. honey Blend all the ingredients in a blender or mixer until smooth.
