Recipe Archives->Vegetarian->Tofu Icing
Tofu Icing 1 pkg silken tofu, squeezed 2 T honey 1/2 tsp vanilla a bit of salt 2 T powdered milk 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind Place drained tofu in a clean dishtowel and squeeze and knead for 2-3 minutes to get rid of liquid. Blend and refrigerate. Printable version: tofu-icing.txt.
