Recipe Archives->Vegetarian->Taco Salad
TACO SALAD 1 med. head lettuce (chopped) 2 bunches green onions (green part too) chopped 2 med. tomatoes (chopped) 8 oz. grated cheese 1 large can Ranch Style beans 1 8oz. bottle Catalina dressing 10 1/2 oz. bag of Frito corn chips. Mix lettuce, onions, tomatoes and cheese in a large bowl. Refrigerate if not serving at once. Just before serving add beans, dressing and chips. Serve at once. Printable version: taco-salad.txt.
