Spaghetti with Peanut Butter Sauce
Serves: 6

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup hot water
1 tbsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1/3 Farm Fresh Non-Dairy, Fat-free Creamer or extra rich soy milk
1 tsp sesame oil
3/4 pound spaghetti, cooked and drained
Fresh coriander for garnish

Combine peanut butter and water. Stir until smooth. Add soy sauce,
garlic, non-dairy creamer or soy milk and sesame oil.  Stir until
smooth. Set aside.

Cook pasta, drain well. Stir peanut butter sauce and add to spaghetti.
Stir. Garnish with fresh coriander.
