Cream

1 to 2 tablespoons cornflour (cornstarch) 
285 ml (1 1/3 cups) soymilk  
30 to 55g (2 tablespoons to 1/4 cup) vegan margarine 
Raw cane sugar

Blend cornflour to a smooth mixture with a little milk.  Add the
rest of the milk.  Put in saucepan and bring slowly to the boil,
stirring constantly.  Cook until thickened, allow to cool.  Cream
the margarine and sugar until very soft (don't heat).  Gradually
beat the margarine and sugar mix into the milk mixture.  The more
you beat it the better it becomes.
