Vegetable Quinoa 1 serving 40 g quinoa 100 g grated carot 100 g broccoli 5 black olives, seeded and cut in small pieces 1 ts sesame oil 1 pinch salt Put all the ingredients in a pan, cover with 2 1/2 volume of water and leave to boil over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve. Sprinkle with yeast flakes if desired. To make a complete meal, add seitan cubes before boiling. Printable version: quinoa-vegetables02.txt.
