Pumpkin Frappe /4 cup canned pumpkin 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 3/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, undiluted 1/4 cup low-fat soy milk 2 scoops plain or vanilla soy protein powder 3 ice cubes Combine ingredients in blender.
