Porridge 1 T kasha 1 T oats 1 T cornmeal 1 T grits 1 T couscous 1 tsp cream of farina 1 tsp vanilla flavoring and cinnamon 1.5 cups non-fat soy milk Place in the top of a double boiler and cook on high for about 15 minutes stirring every five minutes until desired consistency is achieved. Sweeten with maple syrup.
