Pignoli Dip 2 tablespoons pignoli, toasted 1 10.25-ounce package reduced-fat tofu 3/4 cup cooked green peas 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate at least 1 hour prior to serving to allow flavors to blend. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Printable version: pignoli-dip.txt.
