Recipe Archives->Vegetarian->Peach Sorbet
PEACH SORBET 4 large ripe peaches 1 lemon 1 1/2 T maple syrup 2 tsp. vanilla essence 1/2 C soy milk Stone and coarsely chop peaches, then freeze at least three hours. Squeeze lemon and add its juice to a blender. Add frozen peach chunks and remaining ingredients to the blender, then blend until smooth. Printable version: peach-sorbet.txt.
