Veggie Pate
 
250g mixed beans (kidney, borlloti, chickpeas, haricot) 

Once cooked drain these thoroughly to reduce moisture in the pate.
Its worth leaving them in a warm place for a hour or so.

Blend with a small hand blender with:
 
2 tablespoons olive oil
a handful of good quality black olives 
salt
pepper
dash of fresh lemon juice
 
Refrigerate for an hour.
