Oatmeal Sausage 2 cups old fashioned oatmeal, not quick cooking 2 eggs 1/4 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1 Tablespoon poultlry seasoning 2 Tablesspoons corn or canola oil Mix all ingredients well. Make into fairly thin patties. Fry in moderate amount of oil until both sides are crispy and brown after turning. Drain on papertowels. You might oil your hands if you make the patties by hand.
