Oat Nut Burgers 2/3 cup rolled oats 2/3 cup chopped walnuts 1 lg. onion, chopped 3 stalks celery, chopped 2 carrots, grated 1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour or unbleached white flour 1/4 cup water Mix the ingredients together and season to taste. Shape into 6 burgers and fry 10 minutes over medium heat on each side until brown. Printable version: oat-walnut-burgers02.txt.
