Portabello burgers Baste portabellos with some balsamic and olive oil, and let sit a bit. Grill them on BBQ quickly (about 1-2 minutes per side) and at the very end brush each with a few drops of white truffle oil. Serve in whole wheat pitas with (previously) carmelized onions, shaved pecorino cheese and basil leaves as flavourings. Add some chopped sundried tomatoes if desired.
