Vegan Double Cream 125g (1/4 lb) silken tofu 75 mL (5 Tbsp) safflower oil 100 mL (7 Tbsp) soya milk 15 mL (1 Tbsp) vanilla extract 25 mL (1 1/2 Tbsp) maple syrup (opt.) Combine all ingredients well in a food processor. The vanilla extract is not for its flavor but to make less noticeable the "beany" taste of the soy products. Printable version: mock-cream.txt.
