Maple Tofu Pie 6-8 servings 1 unbaked pie crust 1-1/2 pounds firm or soft tofu, drained well 1/4 cup light oil 1-1/3 cups real maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla pinch of salt Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Break the tofu into pieces, then place in a blender or food processor with the rest of the ingredients and blend or process until smooth. Pour into the pie crust, and bake for about one hour or until set. Chill and serve. Printable version: maple-tofu-pie.txt.
