Lemon Tofu: Brown one 12 ounce package tofu (cut into 1/2 inch cubes) and perhaps some slices of fresh mushroom in 1-2 tablespoons olive oil. Sprinkle with flour and nutritional yeast (both thicken the sauce), toss while still in pan then pour on the following sauce and heat: 2 small cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 3 tablespoons soy sauce (low salt) Printable version: lemon-tofu.txt.
