Vegan Cornmeal Griddlecakes 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour 1/2 cup fine white or yellow cornmeal 1 tablespoon baking powder 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup vegan liquid egg replacer 3/4 cup soymilk (plain unsweetened) Mix wets and drys separately then combine. Thin with a little more soymilk or water if necessary for the right consistency. Printable version: corncakes01.txt.
