Chocolate Silk Pie

1 package (12 oz) semi sweet chocolate chips
1-1/2 pkg Mori Nu Lite Tofu, firm or extra firm
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup honey

Melt chips (in microwave or, I guess, double boiler, I used the
microwave).  Take care, they can scorch.  Mix all in blender or
food processor.  Pour into baked pie crust and chill 6-8 hours or
overnight.

I've never used a crust at all for this, the first time I saw the
recipe in a catalog from Dixie Diner Co. (now lost) it called for
using a crust made similar to a graham cracker crust, but with
chocolate wafers.  I'm sure this would be just lovely.  I usually
avoid crusts for calorie/fat reasons, though.  It's very rich even
without the crust.
