Carob Mousse Pie

Chocolate Pudding or Pie Filling:

10 oz. Sunspire Chocolate Chip (or Carob Chips)
2 pkgs. Silken Firm Mori-Nu Tofu
3 tbsps. honey or maple syrup

Heat chips in double boiler or microwave until melted.  Add honey
and stir until smooth.  In a blender or processor, blend Mori-Nu
Tofu until smooth.  Add the Chocolate/honey(or syrup) mixture to
tofu and whip until creamy.  Pour filling into Pie Crust or eat as
a pudding.  Chill until firm.  Slice and serve.


Graham Cracker Crust:

1/2 cup melted margarine
1-1/4 cups graham cracker or other cookie crumbs
3 tbsps. honey

Mix together and press into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 minutes.  Chill before filling with pie
mixture.
