BBQ Burger Kebabs Makes 4 to 6 servings. 6 patties veggie burger (Yves Veggie Cuisine) 4 green onions, finely chopped 3 large cloves of garlic, finely chopped 1 tbs. fresh ginger, chopped 14 tbs. soya sauce 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped 1/2 tsp. cayenne peppers salt and pepper bamboo skewers Using an electric blender with a dough hook attachment (or a wooden spoon if done by hand), mix all the above ingredients. Using an ice cream scoop, form balls of the mixture and wrap around a bamboo skewer, leaving enough room at one end of the skewer. Steam the kebabs for 10 minutes, transfer to the BBQ and grill for another 5 minutes, rotating the skewers occasionally. Serve the kebabs with plum sauce. Printable version: burger-kebabs.txt.
