Marinade 1/4 c soy sauce (try different types such as mushroom, for example) 1/4 c apple cider vinegar 4 diced clove garlics 1 tablespoon diced ginger 1 chili pepper 1 T olive oil Press water out of tofu by weighting down for several hours. Slice or leave whole. Marinate for at least two hours turning so both sides are coated. Microwave on high for 1 minute 45 seconds or bake at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes.
