Korean-style BBQ Tofu 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup rice vinegar 1 T gochujang (Korean pepper paste) 2 teas sugar 2 cloves mashed garlic or more to taste Combine all ingredients. Heat to a boil, and pour over slices of pressed firm tofu and marinate overnight. Cook with sesame oil over outdoor grill, or indoors with a strong fan.
