Curry Artichoke Dip 1 can artichoke hearts, drained And squeezed dry 1/2 box Mori Nu lite tofu 1/4 cup rice dream (rice milk) 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon turmeric 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/8 teaspoon hot mustard 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves 1/8 teaspoon black pepper Combine all in food processor and blend. Put in microwave safe dish and heat for 2-4 minutes. Serve hot. Better the second day. Printable version: artichoke-dip.txt.
