Almond Milk 01

Warm Almond Milk (1 serving)
 
10 almonds soaked overnight in water to cover
pinch ground cardomon
pinch ground black pepper
1 cup warm soy milk (or regular milk)
1 teaspoon honey (or sweetner of choice)
 
Drain the almonds, reserve the soaking liquid.  Remove the skins.

Place the nuts in a blender with the soaking water and the cardomon
and the pepper.  Blend at high speed for about 5 minutes.

Pour in the warm milk and honey and blend for a few seconds more.
Drink at once.
