SPINACH REVISITED
Serves 2 to 4

1 onion, chopped
butter for sauteing
3 oz. creamcheese
1 pkg. thawed frozen chopped spinach
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. breadcrumbs
1 tin artichoke hearts (medium size tin)          
salt, pepper, & paprika

Saute the onion in the butter until transparent.  Mash the creamcheese
and then add the other ingredients except the spices.  Mix up.
Grease a 1-litre casserole dish & put in the glop.  Sprinkle with
paprika, salt & pepper.

Bake 20 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees.
