SPINACH WITH ARTICHOKES AND GARLIC 2 lbs. fresh spinach, trimmed 1 can artichoke hearts or bottoms 1 bulb garlic, separated into cloves and peeled olive oil Salt and pepper Saute artichokes and garlic cloves in olive oil in large pan until garlic is soft. Wash spinach thoroughly in lots of water. Shake off excess water and transfer to pan. Cover and steam for about twenty minutes. Season to taste. Printable version: spinach-artichokes.txt.
