Spinach and Potatoe Puree

1 kg spinach (frozen)
2 kg potatoes, peeled
2 dl full cream milk, boiling
50 gr butter, in cubes
sea salt, black pepper and nutmeg

Cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes in boiling water or until
they are done. Discard of the water.

In the meantime, cook the spinach in a microwave oven for about 2.5
minutes, stir well and cook them again for 2.5 minutes (time depending
on the power of the oven). Gently do it in a sieve, so the liquid
gets out. Add the milk and butter to the potatoes and mash them,
add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Mix in the spinach.
