Spicy Corn
 
frozen corn 
butter or margarine 
diced prosciutto 
taco seasoning
grated colby cheese 
 
Heat corn in saucepan at medium heat until beginning to thaw.  Add
prosciutto and butter.  Saute until prosciutto is kind of crispy
and corn is browning Add taco seasoning to taste along with enough
water to help even out the seasoni ng.  Sprinkle with cheese and
serve.
