Sliced Seasoned Potatoes 8 medium baking potatoes 2 tablespoons water 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine, melted 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Do not peel potatoes; slice into thin rounds. Pour water into bottom of jelly-roll pan. Place potatoes on top of water. Bake 20 minutes. Brush potatoes with margarine and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until potatoes are browned. Makes 5 to 6 servings. Printable version: seasoned-potatoes.txt.
