Scalloped Broccoli and Corn Serving Size : 6 1 1/2 cup broccoli, chopped 2 cup corn, creamed 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup sour cream 1 Tsp flour 1/2 Tsp seasoned salt 1 cup bread crumbs, buttered Place broccoli on bottom of greased 10x6" casserole. Mix remaining ingredients except bread crumbs. Layer half of mixture over broccoli. Cover with half bread crumbs. Pour rest of mixture over. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Add remaining bread crumbs and bake an additional 5 minutes. Printable version: scallop-corn-broc02.txt.
