Sauteed Squash 2-3 yellow squash, 1/4 inch sliced 2-3 zucchini squash, 1/4 inch sliced 1 large onion, thinner sliced 2 tbsp vegetable oil or butter Salt Seasonings of your choice Melt butter (or heat oil) in a large saucepan over medium heat. Toss in squash and onions and season to taste. Cover, but stir & check frequently until tender about 10 minutes! Printable version: sauteed-squash03.txt.
