Sauteed Cauliflower Florets serves: 4 2 teaspoons olive oil 4 cups cauliflower florets salt to taste freshly ground black pepper Heat the olive oil in a 10" skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cauliflower, salt and pepper and toss with the olive oil until the cauliflower becomes fork tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and serve.
