Crabby Potatoes Servings: 4 1 1/2 lb red new potatoes 1/4 lb crab meat 2 tablespoons chives, minced 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped 1 teaspoon olive oil 2 tablespoons nonfat mayonnaise 2 tablespoons nonfat yogurt 2 teaspoons lemon juice 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese Bake potatoes in a 350 F oven until tender (30-45 min). Let cool. Cut into quarters. In a bowl, combine all other ingredients. Stir in potatoes. Place into a shallow baking dish. Broil 4" from heat until golden.
