Potato Pudding 2 cup grated raw potatoes 1 cup thinly sliced onions 1 cup grated carrots 1/2 ts salt 1/4 ts pepper 1/4 ts savory or marjoram 2 tb cream 2 tb butter Mix together the potatoes, onions, carrots, salt and pepper. Mix andadd the cream. Place in a generously buttered pudding dish. Dot with the butter. Cover and bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes or until a thin golden crust has formed. Printable version: potato-pudding02.txt.
