Recipe Archives->Vegetables->Potato Bake

Potato Bake     

3 cups cooked and mashed potatoes       
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon salt 
3 tablespoons chives
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mix all ingredients.  Put in greased casserole.  Bake at 350 degrees
for 25 minutes.

Note: I use the 3 tablespoons sour cream with chives instead of
each of them separately.
