PARMESAN PEAS 2 packages (10 oz each) frozen green peas 1 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 1/8 teaspoon grated lemon peel 1 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves Cook peas as directed on package. Drain. Toss with remaining ingredients. Serve with additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Serves 6 Printable version: parmesan-peas.txt.
