ONIONS WITH BLEU CHEESE (log med danablu) Denmark

1 cup medium white sauce
3 tablespoons bleu cheese,crumbled
dash of cayenne  pepper
18 small white onions, cooked

Combine white sauce, cheese and cayenne pepper. Add onions. Heat.
Serves 6
