Lime Potatoes

1 Tb butter
2 Tb tomato paste
2 Tb cilantro
2 Tb finely chopped small green chilies
6 large potatoes, cubed and cooked
juice of one lime

Combine everything in a large skillet except potatoes and lime and
fry until the fat separates. Add the potatoes and fry until the
potatoes are crisp on the outside. Pour lime juice on top and serve.
