Green Beans 1 lb. green beans 2 cloves minced garlic 1 clove sliced garlic 1 small can tomato sauce or freshly made 2-3 fresh chopped leaves basil 1 tablespoon pepper 1 teaspoon olive oil 2 tablespoons cooking wine or vodka In a medium size saute pan heat the oil and saute the garlic. Add cracked pepper and basil. Add cooking wine. Add cooked green beans and tomato sauce. Serve. Printable version: green-beans-wine.txt.
