Company Carrots 2 1/2 pounds carrots, scrubbed or peeled, cut into coins, and cooked 1/4 cup water from cooking the carrots 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon onion, minced 1/4 cup fine cracker crumbs 1 tablespoon ground/grated horseradish 2 tablespoon butter, melted Paprika chopped parsley Mix all ingredients together well.
