Cabbage Sourcream

CABBAGE AND SOUR CREAM
 
1 medium head Chinese cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. flour
1 tbs. oil (I use canola)
1 tbs. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. pepper
 
Mix sour cream and flour. Heat the remaining ingredients,
except cabbage, in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat until
butter is melted. Add cabbage and cook, stirring constantly, 2
to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in sour cream mixture
and heat through.
