Steamed Cabbage & Peppers 4 cups raw Savoy cabbage, shredded 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into very thin strips 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into very thin strips 1 medium red onion, slivered 1 Tablespoon celery and/or poppy seeds Freshly ground pepper to taste Steam all vegetables to desired tenderness, making sure any accumulated water is drained.
