Seafood salmagundi 1 kg lobster or a similar flesh shellfish 2 boiled eggs 1/2 onion vinegar parsley Boil the shellfish and dice it. Mince the eggs and chop the onion. Add and mix with the shellfish. Dress with the oil, the vinegar and the minced parsley. Printable version: salmagundi.txt.
