Porra Archidonesa (Old Spanish Cold Tomato Soup) 1 kg day old bread 1 1/2 kg ripe tomatoes 4 cloves garlic 1/4 cup olive oil salt to taste Cut the bread into very small pieces. Peel the tomatoes, it's easiest if you put tomatoes in boiling water for five minutes. Put sliced garlic and the rest of ingredients in a bowl and mash well until you get an homogeneous mix, adding slowly the olive oil. Finally, put the bowl in a fridge for a while and serve with chopped hard-boiled eggs and green peppers. If you like, you can add tuna in oil to garnish. Printable version: porra-archidonesa.txt.
