WHITE CHOCOLATE SAUCE 2 cups heavy cream 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Heat heavy cream in saucepan over medium-high heat & bring just to a boil. Pour chopped white chocolate in bowl & pour hot cream over. Cover tightly with plastic film & let stand 5 minutes. Remove film & whisk until smooth. Set bowl over another bowl that has ice water in it. Whisk mixture until cool. Stir in vanilla when cool. Chill until ready to use. Printable version: white-chocolate01.txt.
