Tomato and Whisky Sauce 900 g tomatoes 6 tablespoons whisky 3 cloves garlic, crushed salt and pepper Chop the tomatoes and place in a saucepan with the other ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve as an accompaniment to meats or other savoury dishes. Printable version: tomato-whisky.txt.
