Prik Manao (Thai chilli/lime sauce) Finely chopped chilli to taste Four finely chopped garlic cloves 1/2 cup fresh lime juice 3 tablespoons fish suace 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional) Combine all ingredients. Can be used as a marinade. Can be used as a dipping sauce for barbequed chicken. If you like sweet food, substitute the sugar with Thai sweet chilli sauce for chicken (commercially available, I like Paintanorasingh brand). If you leave the fish sauce out, you can use it as a base for a non-Thai thing. Printable version: thai-chili-lime.txt.
