Teriyaki Sauce Yield: 2 cups 1 1/4 c brown sugar 1 c soy sauce 1 ts fresh grated ginger 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tb seseme seed oil Mix all in screw top jar and shake well to dissolve sugar. Marinade steak or chicken overnight or use as a glaze or basting sauce when baking or barbecuing. Printable version: teriyaki01.txt.
